PETALING JAYA: OSK Property Holdings Bhd is one of the 200 companies selected for Forbes Asia’s Best Under a Billion 2015.
The award is to recognise high-performing Asia-Pacific public companies with annual revenue between US$5mil (RM18.8mil) and US$1bil.
Accepting the award, its executive director Ong Ju Xing said: “OSK Property is honoured to be recognised as one of the companies on Forbes Asia’s Best Under a Billion 2015 and we would like to share this joy with our team for their continuous hard work and commitment.

From a pool of 17,000 companies, the companies were screened based on sales growth, earnings growth and return on equity. It highlights the most dynamic publicly traded companies with positive net income for at least a year.
The company was developing projects with a gross development value of over RM6.5bil.
